Thank you Dick, That is really good to know. I was worried he was to dark! I see your in MA too!!! Will you have any LF salmon chicks for sale next spring? I would also love to find some black! Looks like your about 2 1/2 - 3 hours from me!!

When you joined the club did you get a list of breeders? I'm thinking of joining.. I have slowly been reading through all the posts and am up to page 54..lol Love all the pictures you've posted, and all the info. I'm trying to find a few local breeders to purchase from and a directory would be helpful. I'd love some of yours...but I don't have a incubator..so I have to purchase chicks or started stock. I was suppose to meet up with chickiemoma at a swap today to look at her bantams, but we had a horrible storm here last night and a big tree branch came down on our run, so hubby has been cleaning it up and making repairs. As far as driving to Dick's place...I will in a heartbeat....Just waiting on an invite...lol.. (Hint - Hint)

nope I only got one blue chick.

I am sad to report that Mr. Rooster attacked my mom today so he went to a better place this morning. I am hoping for a nice blue. It looks like a I have a few blue pullets hopefully the rest will be cockerels though.

He had attacked me a few days ago and I was trying to train him but when he went after her that was the last straw. I am getting a male from David also so that should be ok also I will breed him to my black female and then breed the male that I am hopeful is in my batch of chicks to the splash pullets.
