Has she laid eggs yet there is a chance she is both male and female.

i think I got another one of them. Dick, has the one laid any eggs that Henry gave you, that I gave to him?

If your talking about the salmon hen, yes, she's laying now.

Yes the one with the dark splotches?

Ok, here goes...I need opinions...I have 5 boys from Dick's eggs (I know I originally said 2, but a few of them had me fooled for a long time with all the salmon in their wings)...I need to pare down to about 3 to grow out, and I have 2 people waiting for roos, so I need to make some decisions...I know it's early but I have way too many boys around here (about 25 roos on less than an acre!) Please help! And thanks in advance for the opinions!! (Sorry they're not the best pics, and I don't have multiple angles of all of them)...

I'll also add some pics of the girls, in case that helps with your first impressions on what roos to keep...

I wish I could help you with your males but it's to early to tell. I think you need to hold your males longer, at least till their first moult.
Dick

I agree with Dick, they change so much it is hard to tell from one day to the next

Ok, thanks, I just thought I'd give it a shot in case there was "something" about one of them that stood out. It's going to be probably at least a couple of weeks before I sell any, maybe something will stand out to me by then. Oh, one of the ladies that wants one has some really dark salmon hens and wants to try to work toward a mahogany line, I was thinking that the roo with all the red in his breast might be the one she should have, what do you think about that?

As long as I'm posting 9 million pics on here today, why not a few more, right? Here's my son showing Duncan at fair (bought him from Henry, but originally came from Leisha):

And the blue salmon cockerel I hatched from Henry's eggs:

And my pair of whites from Melissa:
