Hello Kate is that you?

Hello Henry, yes it's Kate, thought after spending the whole reading this excellent and informative thread I'd better join in! Artois is from my cock breeding strain, will post Magnus later as he on the pullet breeding side.

Terri O - I do like Abe, think he has reasonable type, from what I can see, nice width across the shoulder. I am sure he won't be timid for long they do respond well to a little spoiling! :Good luck with him!

I still haven't read the whole thing there is some amazing information and great discussion in there though.

Hmmm, if you're driving to Calif to get him you could maybe pick up some chicks & eggs along the way???

I could even meet you at, say, Stockton PPBA show Jan 29th? Or Stevenson, WA in April??

Since I am limited on space, I'm leaning more toward the 'pullet pen', Soooo, I do not 'need' to keep Claudel. I can at least send you eggs though.

If I could I would drive there to pick him up. That would be one heck of a ride.

Yes, I think Abe will give you a great start. Judging by the pictures he looks deep and seems to have what I call shorter wings. What I mean by that is his wings are more forward, not that his wings are short.

Well Thank You hcammack for steering me in the right direction. I will figure out how to post a pic on here eventually. Love our salmon favs and am currently looking for the white variety.
