Faverolles vs barred rock rooster

I know this is a terrible photo, but would you think this is a full size faverolles rooster, he's supposed to be about 6 months, but is very very small compared to our 6 month old barred rock rooster.

This is next to a 3yo hyline hen.

I dunno, he just seems really small to me, but it's not a breed I am overly familiar with.

BR Roosters are huge. Your SF is a pretty normally sized bird.
