Favorite Chicks to Raise?

I am just now starting with my backyard chicks. I have 2 barred rock hens and a Dominique roster. What is everyone's favorite chickens to raise? And WHY?

I am new to chickens my chicks are three weeks now I have two EastercEggers two Barred Rocks and a Golden Comet so far my fave is the Barred Rock. They are super friendly. But I am sure my fave might change whrlen I add to the flock. e

Yeah I like my barred rocks. I got them when they were older so they don't like to be held. We are hoping that the ones we have in the incubator will be more human friendly..lol.

I have black sex link jersey giant, lavender orpington, RIR, and white leghorn eggs on the way . Hopefully I will enjoy all of these just as much.

I want a Lavender Orpington how are their personalities? I know they are winter hardy.

I don't know yet...have 6 eggs on the way. Hope they hatch. They are beautiful in the pics.

Delawares and EE's for production and personality. I also really like my Euskal Oiloa (Basque) pullets and cockerels, hopefully their production is as great as their personality.

Mine are Easter Eggers, Barred Rocks and Silkies. EE's have the coolest eggs, Barred Rocks are so sweet (Mine jump up into my lap) and Silkies are so cool looking and sweet too!

Out of what I've raised, my light brahmas hands down. Friendliest chicks out of our 4 breeds and still the friendliest hens we have
