Favorite Fudge Recipes?

I am just craving some fudge right now and wanted to know some of your recipes.

30 second peanut butter fudge
1jar peanut butter
1can vanilla frosting

put both in microwave for 30seconds mix together and allow to cool.
Yummy fudge, best with popcorn!

my peanut butter fudge
1 can evap. milk
1 18 oz jar peanut butter
3 cups sugar

bring milk and sugare to a rolling boil keep stiring till it gets to softball stage remove from heat add peanut butter spread in buttered dish till firm and cut. sometimes I will add about a 1/4 cup of coco to the evap. mile and sugar it makes a chocolate peanut butter fudge oh man is it good!

I am doing this by memory...

2 square bitter baking chocolate
1 cup sugar
2/3 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 tsp vanilla

Candy Thermometer
Ice water
3 inches of cold water in the sink

Put all ingredients in a pan, mix all until just mixed, insert candy thermometer and cook over medium heat until it reaches 240 degrees (soft ball stage). Dip a spoon in it and drizzle a few drops into an glas of ice water. If it forms a small ball with a tail it is ready to be beaten. Transfer pan to the sink of water and lightly beat the mixture until it JUST starts to thicken. Pour onto a place sprayed with Pam.

If you beat it too much it will be hard as a rock and not smooth at all.

I like the fudge with marshmallow cream, real easy. You can make different flavors by changing the chocolate chips for peanut butter, mint, etc.

Eagle Brand Fudge.

1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 PKg semi sweet chocolate chips,

Heat milk, pour in chips and mix, add nuts, etc.
