Favorite processing videos

Can you please point me in the direction of your favorite processing how - to, be it videos or instructions. I have butchered, with my sister, once, but need a refresher before processing day next month!!

Me too! I looked on YouTube and found a lot about abusive factory farms. Not exactly the best example to follow...

I liked this one with milk jug cones. They said, "I'll spare you the slice." So kind.

This one is super thorough, it even gives the temp of the scalding water.
