Denver and Tucker werent terrors until 3. And many relatives have labs that calmed down at 1.5. Thats just my experienceThat just sounds like a typical puppy especially a retriever puppy. They are terrors until like at least 3 or sometimes 5
September 1, but probably get her a day early. Working on a few names. Have wait and see if any fit her.How much longer until she can come home? Do you have a name yet?
It depends on the dog. I have a friend with a Golden that was a terror even at like 5 LOL she might still be a terror, idk. And I’ve heard from a lot of people that Labs are big goofy puppies for quite some time. And that’s been my experience too even with the mixes we’ve had but also the purebred one we got at 18 months. Absolute terror. Ate my grandma’s fur scarf or coat or something. Had to throw the ball for him for hours (we eventually got a tennis racket LOL). Etc. He did eventually calm down. But I’m just saying it’s not at all abnormal to still be a little crazy at only 1.5. Brew calmed down a little at 2 ish but wasn’t fully calm until like 3 or even now at 4 1/2. He still has his moments. He got better after he got neutered too. That can make them a little more wild being intact.Denver and Tucker werent terrors until 3. Boxers calm down at about 8-10 years of age. They are perpetual puppies. Thankfully they aren't too destructive. It depends on the dog.
