Favorite rooster is sick

I don't know what is wrong. My rooster can't walk and kind of lays to one side. I looked for injuries but see nothing and legs and feet appear ok. I started giving him vitamins in water, gave him an antibiotic injection and dusted him for mites. How frequently should I give the vitamin water? How long will the antibiotic take to work? He is not eating. Any ideas on what is wrong or what I should do to help him? (Not going to a vet.)

How old is he? Can he move is legs at all? Pictures would be great, if you can get some.

The fact he is not eating is a big concern because he won't be able to fight off anything that may be wrong.
How is his crop?
Does it empty in the morning?
Could you scramble up some eggs?
Make a mash with his feed.
