Favus?

Is this Favus?

We just went through feather mite treatment and had a permethrin dip last Saturday.
This girls been stand offish so I’ve been bringing her in the last 3 days making sure she’s eating, drinking, and giving her some B complex gel.
Went through the checklist and ruled out egg bound, bumble foot, mites, lice, sour crop, impacted crop.. everything I could think of was a negative. Checked her feathers under the scope to make sure no mites were still there. Her feet and legs look normal and smooth.
Yesterday noticed how crusty and pale just her face is.

Started putting miconazole on today but just wanted second opinion!

It may be Favus, hard to know since she also had mites. It could be dry crusty flaky skin(?)

BUT, I'd go ahead and continue with applying the Miconazole a couple of times a week for a while, it won't hurt and if it's not favus, it should still help moisturize and heal the skin a little.
