I have 2 girls that are either molting or my rooster is being aggressive. It's just those 2. So what can I do to help them get better? Are there supplements?

2 hens generally isn't enough for a rooster, do you have pictures?

I am in Southern Iowa just 145 miles north of Kansas City MO. We are just getting into spring. You need to know what is going on before you can fix it, if it needs fixing. Are you north or south of the equator so we know what season you are in? How old are they, the two, the boy, and the other girls. Are those two laying eggs? Photos showing feather loss could help. The more information you can give the more likely we can determine and address the real problem, if there is one.
Your quotes came out a little weird, so it wasn’t clear. Are these two the only hens that you have? (plus the roo)My rooster is a Brahama, and I think that these two are not very assertive. They are very sweet and docile.
