feather development and sexing *pics added*

All really interesting! Gritsar thats great info. Mine seem to be following that description. Hoping its right on cause that would mean 4 girls 1 boy

Hechicken I would guess the same! top one a boy! rest girls. though I am no expert.
WA4 awww man!!! maybe a little early still, I am going to think that this applies to quite a few breeds. so far mine are following what Gritsar posted. 3 1/2 of them feathered and one fuzzy, fuzzy is the biggest of them all!
Did you put all your black girls in with the lavs? our weather has been so screwy...its a wonder anything is acting like a spring chicken out there! to much snow! to dang cold!

Yeah, I moved my two black pullets who are laying in with the 2 Lav brothers and 1 lav pullet.

That just leaves my blue pullet in with my black boy and I am so anxious to get her eggs!!!!! Can't wait for spring!!!! What about this wind????

no wind up here really, occasional gusts. ....see there is a big one now! lol
so when you do get some fertile eggs, if you feel like watching the feather development, we might be able to figure out how accurate it is.
