Feather fix

Hi everyone. I’m wondering if I should be concerned about either of these feather issues. One is an Isa brown 3yrs and one is a 2yr EE. Please lmk your thoughts and if I can help them I will.

Have you checked them over for mites or lice?

Welcome to BYC. Can you possibly start a new thread of your own and provide some pictures? It could be feather picking from another chicken or rooster damage on the neck. How old is the chicken, and are they molting?
