Feather-footed laced cockerel

Any idea what breed he is? He was supposed to be an olive-egger. We picked up three of them from this box at the local feed store advertised to be olive-egger. All three have similar coloring and are feather-footed (the other two are pullets). They’re generally super chill and easy-going. The cockerel crows mildly and is quite the flock shepherd.
