Hey there! I'm hoping some of you could help me know how to deal with an issue I am having. I've searched the threads for feather issues, and didn't see anything with exactly this problem or I just don't know what it is, and without pictures I have no way to compare. I was given four 2yr old Comets a couple weeks ago, and I have notice they have feather issues. They are healthy otherwise, but have tiny black blotches on the feathers and the feathers look scraggly. My other hens have never had feather issues, so I'm a bit distressed at the thought of this spreading to them. What is the best way to treat whatever this is? I've always treated mine with DE to prevent issues and I have dusted these new ones as well. Thanks for your input.
