Feather-legged Araucana?

So, about 4 days old.. one of my Araucana's started sprouting leg feathers?? The other two chicks I got aren't showing any signs of them, just this one.. I've never seen this before and am wondering what in the heck is going on? Hah, please help cure my curiosity!

Araucanas tend to be sold as mixed breeds that lay green eggs. Where did you buy them?
