Feather loss and dry, wrinkled skin

I have 6 hens, 4 of them have been losing feathers mainly on their neck. I've checked for lice and mites and am not finding anything. At first I thought it was just molting but may be part of the issue. 2 of the hens were broody (1 is still broody), so I was thinking they were plucking feathers from each other. However, while inspecting them, I noticed their skin looks strange. Their skin looks dry and wrinkled like. No roosters and they are acting fine otherwise. I've been searching threads to find something similar, but couldn't something close. Any ideas?

Yes, they have plenty of water. I have only added wood ash to their dust bath.
