Ok these girls are my first chickens and I’m not sure if the loss is normal or something wrong. I have barred rocks who are roughly 13-15 weeks old, they have no bald spots that I can see but there coup has a lot of feathers all over. ? Any advice?

They go through multiple molts as they grow, it's completely normal. Adult feathers generally come in at 4-5 months.
Thanks that makes me feel better, the girls all seem happy and don’t appear to have any issues but I wasn’t sure if I needed to add something to their diet or what.

I know this is about chickens, but I have a female goose that has lost a lot of the feathers on her wings and back from mating and I was wondering if they will grow back and if there is a way to speed it up.

Remove the gander? Most feather wearing from mating will be replaced in the fall during the molt. If the feathers are pulled out they will grow back as long as they aren't being constantly pulled. Those that are broke off won't be replaced until the molt.
