Feather loss worried and stumped

this is my Annabelle. She's missing feathers on Hwy chest fur some time now. I'm stumped. She's a cinnamon queen/ red comet. Not the broody type. It looks like feathers are broken. There's no mites or lice of any kind. She's still laying and eating like normal. Could this be a molt? Are there different kinds of molts? I know they can be severe but this is just weirding me out. Any help is welcome.

It does not look like she is molting to me. It looks more as if a flock mate is feather pecking/plucking her.

If the feathers are broken, & no pins, then she is either be picked on, or rats, or mice are stealing feathers off the bird.

I don't have problems with mice in the coop so maybe she's being picked on i think i know who so I'm going to try a change tonight. Thanks.

If she is not being picked by other birds, she could be picking and eating her own feathers which would suggest she needs extra protein in her diet.
It could also be due to rubbing her breast on the roost when perched.
