Feather loss

I will try really hard to get a picture but the chicken that has the problem doesn't like to be handled. I have a barred rock that has lost quite a few fethers around her bottom and now has lost feathers on her crop. The skin looks bright pink but other than that I see no signs of anything else. I couldn't see mites or anything like that. Any suggestions or ideas? They have plenty of room and no feather picking happens.

It is more than likely others are picking them off, my guess is during roost time. Otherwise hens rub off some of their feathers sitting in the nest.
