Feather loss

Only spot with feathers missing. Just got her want to make sure it's not because of something infectious.

Where is that on the body? The back above the tail? Picture of the whole bird would help.
Have you checked her over for lice/mites?

If it's on the back above the tail it could be rooster damage from mounting, it also could be feather picking if she came from somewhere that it was overcrowded. The feathers may not fill in until she molts.
