Feather loss

I have these two Isa Browns. One of them has had a major feather loss on her back the other one I think is just molting. I thought when it started showing up that it was just spring molting season but her feathers aren’t coming back.None of my other chickens look like this. I also thought it could just be my rooster but not sure. Any ideas??

Do you see the feathers on the ground? Possible they are being eaten from lack of protein in food. I don't have experience with this or molting but saw another thread about chickens eating feathers for protein and it makes sense. Strange it's only the one, is she low on the pecking order?
 
She is very much like a queen and never gets pecked she really is the pecker. I feed them every day and everything and buy good feed I have not noticed many feathers through that’s why I was confused.
