Feather Loss

My oldest 4 chicks are about 10 weeks old, and while they seem healthy and happy, I’ve noticed the last couple of days some feathers strewn around the coop and run. Some are small almost down looking feathers and others that are a bit larger. I have checked them for any kind of pests and didn’t see anything. I also haven’t noticed any pecking or excessive preening. Is losing feathers a normal thing for chicks around this age?

Sounds as if they are going through a juvenile molt.
