I have 2 hens that have lost almost all their feathers on their neck back and wings. These areas are down to bare skin. It has been like this for about three months. What could be causing this

First photo the hen has feather loss and breakage consistent with mating and/or picking. The feather shafts look to be intact in the skin and will not be replaced until she molts.

Second photo looks like a hen in molt and is regrowing saddle and wing feathers that she molted and/or that were lost during the during from mating.

Do you have any roosters?

No, just laying hens
The first pic doesn't look like a moulting chicken. Others could be pecking at her, pulling her feathers out. In the second picture, as others have said, she looks like she just moulting.
