feather loss

Some of my hens are started to have feather loss on the back of there heads and top on head.

Some of my hens are started to have feather loss on the back of there heads and top on head.

A rooster can be the culprit, lice/mites, feather picking, the beginning of a molt, or any combination of these.

Thanks I looked at them and I don't see any mite or lice and I can't pull the feathers out so I think molting they are all still laying eggs. A few weeks ago I was getting 10 eggs a day out of 35-40 hens for about 2 weeks and now we are back to normal. The weather has been crazy here one min its cooled and the next spring type weather.
