Can anybody tell me what could be wrong with my chickens feathers? Is this pecking from other chickens or mites? Sone of the feathers look kind stripped but i can not find any real solid evidence of mite clusters on the base of the feathers. Chicken acting normal, enegy, eating, drinking, foraging, dirt bathing, everything else seems normal. See pics.

Where is this located on the body?

Can you please post a photo of the whole bird?

Do you have a rooster?

From what I can see, it looks like broken feathers. If this is on the back near the tail, it's either from mounting/mating and/or picking.

Broken feathers will be replaced when the bird molts, usually in the fall depending on when they hatched.

This is on the back of head/neck area, underneath the top layer of feathers. No rooster here, I know what you are describing looks like. Top layer of feathers looks fine. I don't think she is molting because there is no evidence of dropped feathers around the area. I had chickens soft molt last year and I couldn't even touch them without feathers flying everywhere. Whole bird pic attatched. Looks normal until you pull back the top layer of back neck feathers.

I have two other chickens with these same broken feather shafts around their necks. I don't feel like this is normal molting.
Right, they are broken off, this is not molting. Whether from being picked/plucked or rubbed, they are broken.

Broken feathers will not be replaced until the hen molts, most molt during the late summer/fall.
Yes, it looks like they are broken off. Once she molts, those should be replaced.

Yall dont think they are depluming mites though? Everyone is still laying an egg almost daily. If they were molting they would stop laying(in my previous experience/observations). It's weird that i have a total of 3 chickens now all with these broken feathers underneath the top layer of feathers, al on the back of their necks.

No, I don't think it's depluming mites, I think it's broken feathers.

Feathers can be broken from picking/plucking and rubbing against things.

Do you have a rooster?

No rooster here. Everyone seems to be getting along fine. I have never witnessed any major pecking or bickering among the ladies. I watch them on the coop camera and they free range for many hours on my half acre so they aren't bored.

Hello, I have the same issue with broken feathers, white dust, and tiny white flies, chickens have missing feathers underneath their belly between their legs. No Rooster here, the chickens get along with each other. They are eating, drinking and laying eggs. Please HELP!!!
