Do some chickens just have a nasty habit of picking their coop mates feathers? I have a couple that are literally going bald. I just switched them to 20% feed and free choice oyster shell. I also added a Flock Block, which they seem pretty interested in. I know it's only been one day, but significantly more feathers have disappeared overnight, and it's not due to molting. I will let the extra protein get into their system before I make any judgments, but if things don't change in a week or so, I am going to assume I have a bad habit on my hands. They have plenty of room, so that's not the problem.
