Feather Picking run a muk!!!!!!!! plz help

Ive been haveing lots of bald spots on my girls and one of my roosters, i took the roosters out and put them in anouther pen so his tail is growing back, but my girls look like there geting worse i dont know whats going on, i have 2 large coops all the hens and my 2 turkeys are in the large pen, i lost 5 hens to a dog attack in january so i thought the roosters were being to hard on them,i only have 20 left ive sence order 15 more baby chciks and there doing just fine in there brooder, so if anyone has any ideas about whats going on plz help, the worst seam to be the SLW but there all starting to show it, i checked there butts lastnight for any bugs and there clean as far as i can tell and ive been geting 15 to 18 eggs a day, they are about to be one year old.

Some of that looks like Roo wear but I have never seen the tail feathers suffer before.

I am sure someone on here knows a lot more than I do. Hope you figure out what is wrong soon. But for now if you have some bluekote I would spray them down with that to hide the red skin and sore spots from any pecking.
