feather picking

I have 42 biddies in a run that are all the same age ( 6 weeks ). One of the biddies goes around picking at all the others feathers . There isn't any open wounds yet , But I am guessing it will not be long . Is there anything I can do to stop this ? The run is 4 foot wide and 12 foot long with green grass .

That's a tiny run for the number of birds. You need to increase their space substantially. The only time I saw picking in young chicks is when I failed to give them enough space soon enough.

I don't know exactly how big you need, the bigger the better. @aart is good at actual dimensions.
