Feather picking!!

Hello I have 10 sex link hens, great layers, but are eating one anothers feathers constantly. Tried everything hot pic, supplements and blue kote to no avail. I am thinking about either debeaking or placing beak ring on to stop them. Have any of you tried this or have a better idea? Thanks Lee

A lot depends on their age, the lighting, and whether they are running outside or stuck inside.
