feather picking

I have a hen who picks out my roo's feathers and also the feathers of another hen. Does anyone have any advice.....They are very tame and great birds?

First thing I would do is increase the amount of protein she is getting. What percentage protein is the feed you are feeding? You can add protein either by changing feeds to one that contains a higher protein level, or by adding high protein treats like mealworms, crickets, meat scraps and so on.
