feather picking?

the rescue birds i have i thought were picked from roo they were with befor i got them , moast are getting new quills, one seems to be getting worse, whole back picked bare ive watched i dont see picking, and dont see any feathers around, ????

Are you sure they aren't moulting? Do you see damaged pin feathers and blood?
