Feather Plucking

It depends on the hen. My Polish hens, for example, get picked on all of the time. They have been bald, unfortunately, a lot. Therefore they are inside, a lot. I've had one hen in here for at least a month. But some hens only take a couple of weeks. Also, just a note, if the wound is deep, I wouldn't spray Blu-Kote on it just yet.
 
Here is a pic of my Milly.Her back was real raw and bloody.Plucked and bloody on wings and neck too. I thought the other hens were attacking her,but I saw she could reach all spots. Hope yours heals. I noticed a little blood in the poo this am,so who knows what will happen with mine.
