Feather problems

Any idea why her neck feathers look like this? It’s been going on longer than a molt. Coop was deep cleaned more than a month ago, no noticeable mites on anyhens...dusty baths available. Her neck looks naked, I haven’t noticed her being picked on either....her bum isalso bare, but I have a maran like that too. This one is a barnvelder....

Looks like she's being feather picked. The main reasons are protein deficiencies and crowding and boredom.

She doesn’t have it seem to have any new growth. I only have 6, and they fee range quite often and have a roomy coop/run. Do you think it could be something else?
