Feather question

I have approx. 8 week old chickens and noticed today that one is missing feathers near her neck and under a wing. Is this from her growing new feathers or should I be worried?

It's not fully feathered yet and chicks will go through multiple molts as they grow. The neck is usually the last to feather in fully. Chickens don't have feathers in their wing (arm) pit areas, so that's normal.
