As far as I know nome. However most commom hatchery breeds have it bred into the breeding stock. All cornish X,RIR, BR,SLW etc. If you mate the chicks you get from the hatchery they will have the gene.
You have to breed a fast feathering roo over a slow feathering hen or vice versa. The offspring will be opposite. Most backyard folks don't know if their birds are fast/slow feathering, so unless you keep track of them from chick on up, you won't be able to accomplish what hatcheries do.
