At 2 days old:

It appears that I only have 5 out of the remaining 20 that are cockerels!!!

Here are the best examples from my most recent hatch. Note the difference in wing feathers. The pullet has fuller feathering on her wings, as well as a double layer of feathers between her "elbow" and shoulder, where the cockerel is slower to develop these feathers and only has one layer running from "elbow" to shoulder.

That is a great picture example!

You have way better ratio than I do with my hatches. I seem to always hatch the majority of cockerels if not all cockerels in a hatch.
 
Thank you! It was taken with my FUJIFILM FinePix A 205 camera, which usually gives me some rather pixelated pics... glad they came out so well that I could share them!

I am shocked myself with the ratio of pullets to cockerels... hoping none of them are cross featherers! LOL
