Feathered Legs - BCM?

I think I may have been duped. I recently bought some BCM eggs from Ebay. The description of the eggs stated that they were from Davis Line BCM. The chicks from these eggs just hatched yesterday (5 out of 7 eggs). As I was moving them to the brooder, I noticed that THEY DON'T HAVE FEATHERED LEGS! When I saw that they were described as Davis Line, my assumption was that they would be true to French standards.

Was this a correct assumption? or did the seller pull a fast one on me. I guess I should have known better when dealing with someone selling on Ebay. I would like to know what everyone thinks. If the seller is describing falsely, I am going to leave some not so nice feedback. I will confront the seller before doing so.

How dark were the eggs?
