Hello!
I’m very curious about how dominant the feathered leg/feet gene is. I hatched out 6 chicks this summer. I had two roosters. One with clean legs and one feathered.
Half have feathered legs and half are clean.
Would the answer be obvious to which rooster the father is by the feathered legs or could it be possible it was in the clean legged roosters genes as well?
Each one is from a different hen and none have feathered legs/feet.
Thank you in advance for any info you can give me :)

The chicks with feathered legs must have come from the feather-legged rooster. However, the clean-legged chicks could also come from the feather-legged rooster. You’ll have to rely on other traits to be sure of their parentage.

In my experience, feather legged is dominant. If only one parent has them, the chicks will still have them. However, if a bird had one feather legged gene and one clean legged, then it's chicks may be clean legged or feather legged

Thank you both very much!
One chick for sure looks like dad and not like mom at all except for her beard.
One chick definitely looks like dad and the others all look so much like their moms that it may be hard to tell.
We are now only down to the feathered legged rooster so when I hatch more eggs I’ll see. I’m beginning to think that my clean legged rooster we had wasn’t doing the job. He was very active but he may not have been completing his task haha
