Feathering

My 5-6 week old ducklings have been feathering, but one of them is bleeding on her wing. Is this normal

Looks like a broken blood feather to me. When new feathers grow in they have a blood supply which recedes after the feather is done growing. If it doesn't stop after adding some sort of blood stop product, or in a pinch, flour, or cornstarch, you will need to pluck it out totally to stop the bleeding.

She didn't have feathers there last week
