I wonder if you'd have to put sunscreen on them before you let them out to free range?

unfortunatly all 8 of my chickens aren't laying. I haven't had a fresh egg in months:/! 2 adults are to old, the other is raising my 5 chicks who are 9 weeks old. It seems like she will never start laying agian. So hence the 3 free loaders. Hmmm, spelling police, is it freeloader or free loader??
