Feathers aren't right UPDATE W/PIC

My 4 week old Lavendar Orps are doing great, growing like weeds. When I got them one was very small and looked kinda raggedy. The little one has continued to grow, but is still way smaller, and the feathers on little Raggedy Ann look weird. I don't know if it is from pecking, I have not seen any excessive bullying by the larger chicks. There is plenty of food and water access, plus she does just as much pushing and shoving as the bigger ones. Here are a couple of pics. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a head attached there, she is just throwing a fit because the giant hand is gonna kill her......

she loks alot like the chicks i was having mite problems with.
have you dusted for mites?

also, ive seen things like this from pecking.

Wouldn't the other 3 have the same problem if it were mites? They are all in a large Tote brooder that has never seen any other chicks. Thanks for the response.

Yes, thats true. it may just be a fluke... like a "runt" baby.

Are you SURE they're purebreed? Did these eggs come from your birds or from e-bay? Because that looks suspiciously just like the way silkies feather out. I also think I'm seeing some black skin on the legs? Is black skin normal for orps?

ETA: If it were mites, I'm like 99% positive you would notice them on babies that small and lite colored. Also like mentioned earlier the other birds would show signs of mites.

Has she been feathering out like this the whole time or did they just start to fray all of a sudden?

Lavender Orps, as pure bred as they can be I guess. Wasn't there for conception, but they are not E-bay chicks. The feathers have been like this from the start.

BUFF Orpingtons do. Blue, lavender, and blacks all have color on the legs. See pics in post #1064 - https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=259995&p=15

I'm not asking what breed I have, I know what that is, I am asking for help with the feathering issue. Thanks.
