Feathers changed at 3 years old

Hello! I have a white Cochin who has always had smooth feathers. After this years molt her feathers look fluffy, kind of like a frizzle appearance. Any ideas on what would cause this?

I would check for feather lice, first and foremost. But it could be due to other things. Lack of protein when she was regrowing her plumage, vitamin deficiency, and even weather conditions are possibilities. She looks healthy otherwise, though, so I wouldn't worry too much. Her feathers look fluffy but she does not look frizzled to me.
