making it difficult to approach the owner about it. Can I just say, I will never understand why it's socially acceptable to allow your "pet" cat to roam the neighborhood! :/ It sh*ts in my (front) yard and digs up my flowers...now it's gone way to far. My animals don't physically encroach on anyone else's property; I really don't appreciate it from others. Any one with words or wisdom or advice on the matter?
