Feathers fell and plain skin

From the last year end I am facing a new kind of problem with my coop.
Hens that had a very good feathers started falling I thought it was moulting. But it never grown back it's already 8 months. Most of the hens looks naked. Any solution to grow back their feathers. Cocks are fine.

This affected only the females.

Yikes, those hens look horrible. Whats your hen to rooster ratio? And how many square feet does each bird have in the coop?

One cock for 5 hens in one cage and another
One is to 7 hens

All these hens where good for a year or more but suddenly. I think it may be because of the feed I buy. It happened.

One of my friend has the same variety hens and he used to get the feed from same seller and he is aswell facing the same issue.

Only the feed is common between us.

Now a days the feeds are ok I have 4 new hens lately and they are not affected by it.

Will there be a problem if a broiler feed is given to a country hen?.

Any chances of excessive vitamins may cause this issue ?

Help me out to make is normal once again.

I agree it it does look like over mating. like the roosters just torr the feathers off their backs trying to mate them
but apparently that's not what's happening?
how about using Naturewise Feather Fixer Poultry feed ?
A special food designed to grow in Superior feathers during the molt. especially for feathers. I used it on the advice of another bycer and I was amazed at the results. sometimes hens even laid through the molt. beautiful new feathers.
that's about all I've got.

light breeds should have about 12-15 hens per cock
I'm assuming the feed you are talking about isn't a specific brand from a manufacturer like Nutrena or Purina.
That would imply that this supplier is mixing their own feed. They likely don't have the means to do an analysis on the finished product to insure the ratio of vitamins, minerals, fats, energy and amino acids is appropriate for the age of the birds.
I would think that insufficient essential amino acids is the culprit rather than an excess of vitamins. Feathers are 93% protein.
