Feathers losing pigment in laying hens

Two of my Ancona girls are laying reliably, but they're losing pigmentation in their brown feathers. Could this be due to some nutritional deficiency? I'm feeding them layer feed, but they eat a lot of peas and corn too--maybe too many treats?

I don't have a real answer but my 12 month old gals are really dull and plain looking as well. I was chalking it up to an incoming molt?

Her eggs are also becoming a paler blue! I'm not sure what to do now.

Most eggs lose pigment over time. For example cayuga ducks go from black to light grey eventually, marans go from deep deep brown to medium brown.

Is your hen healthy besides feather/egg colors being different?
