Feathers missing & a very sore looking back.

Our White Rocks are 7 weeks old. One of our largest has many feathers missing off of his back, and it looks red and sore. He is eating & drinking. Any suggestions would be appreciated please! How do we deal with this?

Cockerel. Commercial feed. We can separate him. Does he have a chance to survive? It is 3 weeks ‘TIL we take them to be processed.
