There are 4 birds in total. No rooster. Run space is about 13' x 13' including a tree to roost. Then there's also a coop which is not part of the run dimensions. They have lived happily for 2 years and Ive never noticed pecking.
We feed them
Purina Layena and Omega-3 Layer Laying Poultry Feed and plenty of healthy veggies from our garden

Here is the picture of my set up.

Cute coop.
What's the protein on the feed?

Check her really well for lice and mites.

The pattern of feather loss usually indicates the hen is being plucked and mounted. Observe your hens to see if one is mounting her.

Do you notice if she picks at herself a lot?

If you find lice/mites, then treat with a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust. Treat all the birds and the housing in 5-7 day intervals.

You can apply some NuStock cream to her bare areas to help heal and sooth, the taste of the cream may also help deter some of the picking as well.
A hen saddle is a solution to offer her some protection or if you can find the offender, then pinless peepers is another option.
