Do dressed up chickens count?

That's a good question! In years past, I believe we've had poultry dressing up contests, but it looks like we're not having them this year, sadly. I checked over the rules and I see nothing saying you can't, so as long as they're still Fall or Halloween themed, then I'd say they'd count!
