Yes, it counts! If you hadn't had said anything, I would've thought any different. It's very Fall themed. Beautiful picture, by the way.

Pretty pictures! In this contest, we are asking for Fall or Halloween themed pictures. These don't really look like they fit in those themes, so they're likely to score low when judged (though I doubt they'd be disqualified- they just might not win). You might want to save these for another contest.
